Regional

Peru is an extremely diverse country with jungle, highlands and coast. We can sample exotic dishes of the Amazon, the innovative Novoandina cuisine and of course the heart and soul of Lima: Creole food.

Raw

Ceviche, the heavenly national dish of Peru, is not to be taken lightly. With more than 2000 Cevicherías in Lima, you will get to sample the very best Ceviche, Tiradito and Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian food). These dishes are pure life force: “pura vida!”

Extreme

If you are an adventurous eater, you can experience the best food eaten in the markets and on the streets as well as some of the rare and exotic Peruvian dishes served up in style. This is where the culinary adventure really begins... try alligator, beef hearts and guinea pig, just to name a few.

Huarique

The “huariques” are what Limeños have named the places where people “in-the-know” go to eat the best of Peruvian cuisine. The most popular ones are always packed, hard to find, and usually unmarked. Some tend to be low on décor but all are full of atmosphere. This experience sadly many visitors miss but we regard as a must see.
