EAT WITH ME developed organically through a constant flow of friends and “foodies” visiting me in Lima.

I have always been on the lookout for culinary gems to impress visitors. I have found no better way to “wow” my guests in Lima than by bringing them straight to the table. It’s easy to be food-obsessed here and eating out In Lima is truly one of my favorite things about living in Peru.

When a friend in the travel industry asked me to help him improve his tour package by enhancing the “Lima” portion of his tours, EAT WITH ME was born!

For me, eating is the ultimate pleasure that joins me to global cultures, to family stories, to true friends, to romance, and to the alchemy of life.
